The Lagoon Nebula (M8) in Sagittarius; a composite image including exposures of 60-minutes and 85-minutes. The two negatives were scanned and digitally combined to form the final image shown here. The exposures were taken in southern France, using hypered Kodak Ektapress, Multispeed PJM-2 film by Philip Perkins with his Meade 10" LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope.
