Meade Imaging Color Filter LRGB Set (2")

Meade's top-quality Series 6000 LRGB Imaging Filters are the ideal match for your monochrome imaging camera. Capture vivid, colorful astrophotos with this set of Luminance, Red, Green, and Blue filters. Each filter passes more than 93% light transmission in the key wavelengths for high-performance astrophotography with a natural color balance. The Luminance filter also blocks UV and IR for the best contrast and sharpness. In addition, using a Luminance filter instead of an empty slot in your filter wheel helps maintain focus when switching to and from a color filter.

The full thickness of the filters (including the male threaded section) is 5.9mm. The "effective" height (subtracting the male filter section which threads into the mating surface of the filter wheel) is 3.8mm. This means the filter housing itself rises above the filter wheel face by 3.8mm. Please make sure there is enough clearance in your filter wheel housing to accommodate ~4mm height. Filter thread specification is M48 x 0.75 6g.
